Recently I've been curious about Ever After High dolls, they are made by Mattel, the same company who makes Monster High and Barbie, and I have to say, these dolls are amazing!
lets start off with the 4 wave 1 dolls that have been released recently
We have Raven queen, the daughter of the Evil Queen, from the fairy tale Snow White, now Raven does not want to follow in her mothers foot steps, and she does not want to be evil, but the rest of her school (with the exception of the other rebels of Ever After High) don`t understand why she cant follow in her mothers footsteps.
So far Raven is my favourite character from this series, I can relate to her situation, In my town everybody knows my family, I was born in to a family of mechanics, and farmers, when I wanted to move in to the city and choose a different career path, my town was in panic, trying to tell me that I should carry on the family path even if it makes me unhappy, this is what the school is trying to do to Raven
Over all I believe these dolls and the series sends a positive message to the youth of today, be who you are and write your own story because no one else can decide your happily ever after
